There are many disable children stay in Tsz-Ai Mercy Hospice of Changhua Diocesan Body Corporate. In the house, most of nursing assistants are female, although they can give children great care treatment, it is hard to them to move disable child, especially some teenagers, from bed to ambulance to take them to hospital for weekly rehabilitation. I was a care giver to hold child on ambulance and to push them to rehabilitation room. Every time I feel be encouraged when I see how hard they were trying on physical requirements.
