It changes according to the subject :

And its structure is actually possessive construction (isim tamlaması).
So:
If you know that, for instance :
Öğrencinin masası. / the table of the student. The suffixes are -nin and -sı.
-Bunu Ali'nin yapması, beni memnun etti / I'm pleased that Ali did this.
The suffixes are same that Ali(nin) yapma(sı) so it's possessive construction. Yapma = doing.

That's why -ması and -mesi. Yapması = doing + possessive suffix. So it's for third-person singular and third person plural.

And it must be changed for the subject:
Gelmesi büyük bir ihtimal / it is likely that he comes.
If you want to say that it's likely that you come (more than one) / gelmeniz büyük bir ihtimal.
If you want to the subject name:
Ali'nin gelmesi büyük bir ihtimal.
Onun gelmesi büyük bir ihtimal.
Onun is possessive (his)
