My dream is to go to college in Korea then become an English teacher there. I have only been studying Korean for a few months now yet I am discouraged and feel like I will never get good at Korean. What should I do? 내 꿈은 한국이 그 다음이 영어 교사가되기로 대학에 진학하는 것입니다. 난 단지 지금은 아직 내가 낙담 내가 한국에서 좋은 얻을 수 없을 것 같은 느낌이 있어요 몇 달 동안 한국어 공부하고 있습니다. 어떻게해야합니까?

제 꿈은 한국에 있는 대학에 가고 한국에서 영어 교사가 되는 것입니다.
한국어를 공부한지 몇 달 됐는데
현재 낙담한 상태이고 절대 한국어를 잘 할 수 없을거란 생각이 듭니다.
어떻게 해야하나요?

한국어 잘 못해도 한국에서 영어 교사 하는 경우 많아요. 잘은 모르겠지만 원어민 교사는 영어 실력과 강의 실력이 더 중요한 것 같아요.

Fluent Korean is not an essential requirement to be an English teacher here. If you could speak good Korean, it might be somewhat helpful to get paid more but that's it.
You dont have to worry :-)
However, there are still many Koreans who dont speak English, so learning Korean could help you adjusting here.

@jiki: 네, 그러나.. 나는 한국에서 살고 싶다. @SuKor: this is true but I just love the language and the culture and my plan is to live there, hopefully through teaching I will learn a lot though :)

@antonio33: Your Korean will improve as long as you have passion to learn this language. There's even an old saying, "The beginning is half of the whole." (시작이 반이다.) So i am pretty sure that youll do a good job. :-D

@antonio33: I'm originally from Seoul, Korea, and now I'm living in the US, and have been learning English for a few months. However, I still feel frustrated when I go outside and meet native speakers, and I also feel like I'll never get good at English. Nevertheless, I won't give up to learn English until I can speak fluent English. I believe if you don't give up to learn Korean, someday you will become fluent at Korean. :-)

@antonio33: I've been living here for just one year. The reason why I came here was not a big deal. Suddenly, I got a chance to come here with my wife and only son. Of course it was just an option, but I wanted to experience new environment, and have my son experience new environment. So, I decided to come here hastily and had not much time to prepare for language. (I'm sorry, as you know, I'm not so much good at English, so I can't explain exactly.)
