if you are willing to sell something it means that you would sell the item but! would need something more in return.

example: "I am willing to sell my computer but you would have to give me a better price. ₩500 isn't enough."

the difference is that "would like to" implies you WILL sell it. "willing to" means you need, in most cases a higher value in return.
