İngilizce (ABD) hakkında soru
I saw the article in English, and it says "you shouldn't say 'You're welcome' because this isn’t the best choice of words."
What do you think when you hear the words "you're welcome"?
Is it better not to use the words?
Which one do you prefer the words or other ways?

I think it's fine to use if someone thanks you..... Another way to say "your welcome" is "no problem."

If I think about it, to me it sounds something like this: you are welcome to this help/favor I gave you, if you want I can probably do it for you again.
I have noticed the younger generation uses 'no problem' more often these days, especially to each other. For me too, 'no problem' slips off my tongue easily if I'm speaking to someone around my generation or younger. But if I'm speaking to an older person, I say 'you're welcome'. Somehow it sounds more formal and polite.
