Hello, it's ------. I'm writing this to you as I'd like to know if you have an availible room during mid-August or early September. I'm thinking of going to Australia and I would like to stay at ------- again for a couple of weeks.

By the way, I'm in ------- now :)
I'm surprised at just how many steep slopes there are.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💦

Maybe a mixture of both would sound better. (Feel free to use the example!)

Example:

Hi ____,

It's ____, How have you been?

I'm writing this to you now as I was wondering if you have any rooms available in mid-August or early September as I'm thinking about coming back to ____ for a few weeks before I go back to Japan.

I'm currently in ____ and I'm surprised at how many steep slopes there are here. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💦 But I miss the life in _____, so if you have any rooms available can you let me know?
