Almanca hakkında soru

There’s a song called “Liebes dunkle Nacht” by Dornenreich. I can’t make sense of it grammatically since “die Nacht” is feminine and I would expect to see “liebe” (nominative or accusative case) or “lieber” (genitive or dative case) but not “liebes” there.

What am I missing? Which grammatical construct is this?
