Türkçe hakkında soru

I'm learning to use question words, as well as case markers. I've written some questions and answers:

A) Sana Türkçeyi kim öğretiyor?
B) Annem bana Türkçe öğretiyor.

A) Türkçeyi kimden öğreniyorsun?
B) Doktorumdan Türkçe öğreniyorum.

1) Do these make sense?
2) The use of case markers in the two A) questions confuses me (Türkçeyi, not Türkçe). Are the case markers necessary because they are questions? It doesn't seem to be related to the verbs themselves. Of course, I'm only going by what Google Translate tells me ...

Thanks!

Just in case:
A) Who's teaching you Turkish?
B) My mother's teaching me Turkish.

A) Who are you learning Turkish from?
B) I'm learning Turkish from my doctor.
