Means I’ve done the homework that I should’ve done it before.

늦어서 죄송합니다.
Sorry I’m late.

토요일에 꼭 만나요.
We should meet on Saturday.

If you add 꼭 in the middle of the sentence, it means ‘ we should meet on Saturday whatever it takes’

However, If you take away 꼭 in that sentence,
it would be meaning ‘I’ll see you on monday’.

I wanted to say that I finished the late homework (or as you said "the homework I should've done before") and that I'm sorry I finished it late. And the last one it's because I have classes on saturday and I want her to know that I'll attend the class
