@satthusketchup
Correct:
1/ I visited Thailand, where I was born.
Incorrect:
2/ ... Thailand
3/ ... Thailand
3 / ... girl
The remaining two sentences are special cases.
1/ I am looking for the girl to whom you just talked.
This sentence is correct, but no one actually says it that way because it sounds too formal. So you would be right but you would sound wrong.
2/ I am looking for the girl you just talked to.
This is the opposite: it's what people would actually say even though some people would consider it grammatically incorrect. So you might be wrong, but you would sound right.
On all three sentences about looking for the girl, you should say "I'm" instead of "I am."

@eugenecat I have another question,
I visited Thailand in which I was born

Is this sentence correct? Is it natural?
I visited Thailand in which I was born

Is this sentence correct? Is it natural?

@satthusketchup I wouldn't use that sentence. When you're talking about a place (e.g. Thailand) it's more correct to say "where I was born" than "in which I was born." Also it doesn't sound natural.
"In which I was born" would be uncommon, but if there were ever a time to use that phrase then it would be something like if you were born in the back seat of a car. It would refer more to an object than a place.
