@satthusketchup sentence 1/ of your first sentences is correct. The other two are incorrect.
Sentences 1/ and 2/ of the second sentence are correct. 1/ is what you might be taught in a grammar lesson. 2/ is probably what you would say.

@satthusketchup I don’t think it is correct, or at least, it doesn’t sound natural. You could say: “I visited Thailand, the country where I was born.”
