وصلتُ إلى بيتِ محمد أمس لكن هو لم افتح الباب
فرجعتُ إلى بيتي

it's just the part 'لكن هو لم افتح' not right. It should be ' لكنه لم يفتح' .

so your sentence should be like this :

وصلتُ إلى بيت محمد أمس لكنه لم يفتح الباب فرجعتُ إلى بيتي.

Sorry, it can't, it's impossible.

ln Arabic language, if any verb comes after the negative particle (لَــمْ), then this verb has to be present tense, even the whole sentence is telling about past tense. So the most accurate writing is :

.لكنه لـَمْ يَفتح الباب

Hint : there are another negative particles, they have a simple differences between each other.
