@temujin I would say “The blessed wedding ceremony for the bride and the groom will begin soon, at 3 o’clock sharp.” I think that you could either say “The blessed wedding ceremony for the bride and the groom will begin soon.” or “The blessed wedding ceremony for the bride and the groom will begin at 3 o’clock sharp.” because it’s a little unnatural to say both. I would only use “The blessed wedding ceremony for the bride and the groom will begin at 3 o’clock sharp.” on something written like a wedding invitation because it’s a little weird to say out loud.
