B is better, however 'I'm GOING back to...' sounds most natural

I would say that both is acceptable; 'would' applies to a situation where it is possible and quite likely for it to happen. 'will' is very assertive word, meaning it is very straightforward and hold certainty- thus implying that you are quite sure to do something or go somewhere.
