‘I have been studying …’ means that you are still studying English and emphasises that you have been doing it continuously for a long time.
‘I have studied…’ also indicates that you are still studying English but there is less emphasis on how long you have been doing it for and perhaps you stopped and started your studies several times rather than doing it continuously.
