I am the second oldest daughter.

Good and you can put it together into one sentence like this:
"Hi, I am Keiko. In my family there are a total of five people/five of us, and I am the second oldest daughter (of the family).")　こんな感じです！(* ^ ω ^)　英語の練習も頑張ってね！

A little more natural, I think: My name is Keiko. I am the second oldest of five (kids or children.). (Actually, I think kids feels more natural than children, even though the meaning is exactly the same.).
