Yes you can write "see you tomorrow/ see you soon" but it's better to write "talk to you soon/ talk to you tomorrow." I'm assuming this is an informal email. If it's formal, you would write "I look forward to discussing the details tomorrow".

"See you tomorrow" can do for Skype too. It'd be a bit of a joke, since technically, you do SEE them. 🙂
