I had a work zoom meeting and it was so stressful, so I had to kitchen and grab a bottle of tequila, so I could keep pouring alcohol in my mug and everyone think I'm drinking coffee or tea. Though I cannot be a happy person without alcohol during the boring, meaningless meeting. I prefer meeting people in person to a zoom call, but one thing I like about a zoom is, I can wear PJ without bra and drink alcohol without noticing it. bu doğru görünüyor mu?

Your English is wonderful as usual! I feel like you could have split the first sentence into multiple sentences, so it wouldn't feel so crammed. One thing I'd like to mention is that although "prefer A to B" is perfectly fine, I personally feel like "prefer A over B" is more commonly used and understood.

The "it" and the end needs to explain what the subject is. Are you not noticing the zoom call or are you not noticing the fact that you're drinking alcohol?
