Bunu İngilizce (ABD) da nasıl dersiniz? "this item is not eligible for discount" (I want write this sentence in a format suitable to shop tags. Please see the additional information)

When a shop is having a Christmas sale and they have some items not eligible for discount, we usually see a tag with "セール除外品" sign on them in Japan. I want to know the equivalent term in English. Thank you!

@Minamori: That works too! I have seen tags like that here, actually. I don't think you need to worry too much about that unless people in your country do not understand the word sale.

By "format suitable FOR* shop tags", do you mean the length of it should be short? If that's what you're looking for how about,
"Non-discountable"
"Not part of promotion"
"Excludes discount"
"Ineligible for discount"

Sorry if none of these isn't short enough. Here in New Zealand, we don't have these particular tags. Instead, we have signs that say "Not part of the promotion" or "Only those with green/red/yellow etc tags are included in the sale!" or we only have designated areas that are on sale.

"Not part of the promotion" seems to match the "セール除外品" tag. Can I say "Not part of the sale"? Or does it sounds like the item is not for sale?

@mihuhi Great! I believe everyone knows the word "sale" in Japan. And the sign is for customers who don't speak Japanese anyway. Thanks so much again! I'll tell my friend to use this sentence in her store.
