@Keliah many Indians use this name. In many words where there is h, the h is unenunciated, like what, Bahrain, oh, uh.

"Kh" represents a consonant that isn't in English. It is a /kʰ/ sound, but the closest English consonant is /k/, so we pronounce "Khan" as /kɑːn/.

You corrected one of my mistakes in pronunciation.
I thought it was /kæn/, like the word can.
I find that in many languages, the a is not pronounced as /ei/ or /æ/, but rather as /a:/.
So as the Chinese pinyin, a o e i u ü, which are the six basic vowel sounds in pinyin. The six sounds are a little different from the English counterparts.
