This is what I say:
1. "I've got jobs that need doing" --> No, but I say "I've got jobs (that) I need to do. Or simply "I've got jobs to do."
2. "He does odd jobs around the house" --> Yes
3. "How do you do?" --> No because it is very outdated.
4. "He is out of a job now." --> Yes
