“Morning in a pine forest” created by the great Russian painter Ivan Shishkin is one of my favorite paintings. The picture is lifelike, very detailed. The brushwork is amazing – everything looks very realistic; we can even sense the freshness of the morning. In the center of the picture, we can see three little bears climbing on a fallen pine. The mother bear is carefully looking after her cubs. In the background, there is a thick pine forest. A morning mist creates an atmosphere of mystery. The soft natural colours create a peaceful mood; we feel our closeness to nature. To sum up, I think that this painting is a real masterpiece and I highly recommend everyone to see it.
