Yanlış
@nobutaka If the names of the places are "Bar Ignis" and "Hotel Unwind", you don't need to use 'the'.
If the names don't include "Bar" and "Hotel", you can say:
"This is a snack to pair with drinks served at Ignis, a/the bar located on the tenth floor of the hotel Unwind in Sapporo."

Using the word in is fine here. At would be better though. Also, It's more common to to say tenth floor instead of floor ten.

@EHbonds thank you. There are no “the”.
If I wrote “B”ar and “H”otel, is it not necessary? I thought that both Ignis and Unwind are only one, so “the” must be necessary.
