[Fluent] Grew up attending international schools in the Middle East, which teach in the American accent. I also love reading and I am strict with grammar. My thoughts and dreams are all in English lol

[Intermediate level] Self taught in Korean since 2014, I can understand most daily conversations until technical words and specialist occupation focused terms are used. I can easily translate songs and poems with only a few instances of hesitation when it comes to words with complex or double meanings. I can laugh along to most dad jokes but will not be able to fare well if asked about idioms. I find I learn best when helping others. They do say, "If you can explain it to someone, it means you've got the hang of it."
