A:
American and UK slang linked below. Canadian is very close to US. Slang in Canada is extremely regional. I read about slang in Toronto I've never heard in Vancouver.

Q:
is there any vocabs differents between english and scotish? or just accent the different?
A:
There are some differences, like slang words are very different
Q:
When we use s behind the vocabs? Like that means, she knows, etc. and how can i know when should i use past tense or just add s behind the she he it vocab? Like she knows or she knew
A:
It is all about the tense. If you are talking about past tense, then you would say "She knew." Meaning she already knows. If you are talking about present tense which means right now, then you would say "She knows." Adding the "s" to the end isn't always about the tense. It can also be used to make something plural like "cats" or "words". Hope that helps.
