Q: When a questioner replies to an answer here "Thanks bunch."
Does it sound like they are being sarcastic at all to English native speakers?
(I just heard "thanks bunch" is a sarcastic phrase in a certain dictionary, so...)
A: No, It doesn't necessity mean sarcastic.
it's "Thanks a bunch" and not "Thanks bunch" i think.
Without the context, I can't tell whether it's said sincerely or sarcastically.
Q: The questioner is conducted by the publishing firm specialized for housing every year and asking "Which city do you want to live in the most."
bu doğru görünüyor mu?
A: @hiromi888, ah! I would say "The questionnaire is conducted every year by the publishing firm that specializes in housing, and it asks..." Just put "every year" after "conducted" otherwise it sounds like the firm specializes in housing every year :)
Q: I conducted a questioner for native speakers to see if this sounds natural or not. bu doğru görünüyor mu?
A: OK, so questioner should be questionnaire. You also need to change "this" to "it".

"I conducted a questionnaire for native speakers to see if it sounds natural or not."

You could also leave out "or not" if you like.

"I conducted a questionnaire for native speakers to see if it sounds natural."

However, I understood you perfectly well. :)
Q: Sometimes some questioners mark the wrong answer as a "featured answer." How could they judge it when they are not native speakers. This marking system itself is weird. bu doğru görünüyor mu?
A: Sometimes (some) questioners mark the wrong answer as a "featured answer." How could they make that judgment when they are not native speakers? This marking system is weird.

"itself" is unnatural in the context, in my opinion. "judge it" also sounds a little bit awkward to my ears, so maybe "make that judgment" would be better.
Q: Only questioner or answerer or premium users(coming soon) can play this audio. bu doğru görünüyor mu?
A: Only the questioner, answerer, or premium users(coming soon) can play this audio.
