When we will make more efforts to succesfully complete our work, we hope our try and accomplishments are recognized. So that annual high pay raise is interested by all after certain period.
In the third place, we pettry sure that medical insurance is a significant aspect. In our work, we face to higher risks of getting injure or we have health problems, medical expenses is reduced by medical insurance.
When it comes to choose a company, we think a company which permits us flexible working hours is nice choice. For example, people prefer to work both at home and office than to work just in office. We can have more time to do things for family and avoid time consuming to commute, particularly in rush hours.
Finally, pension ensure a stable life for us.We can get more income so our financual boarden is reduced. And if we incapacity for work, thank to pension we hardly need to earn a living.
