Synonyms of "Here" and their differences

Q: here and there ve high and low arasındaki fark nedir?

Q: around here ve near here arasındaki fark nedir?
A: @naofred: they both mean the same thing so you can use whichever one you would like.
Q: in here ve herein arasındaki fark nedir?
A: Herein is like "somewhere in here" and it is more formal and very rare in spoken language. As for the difference, herein is quite a bit more broad:

1. My findings from my research are presented herein.
This means that I can find your findings anywhere in the document.

2. My findings from my research are presented here.
If I read this, I expect the very next thing to be your findings. If they are not, then this is extremely unnatural. Using 'here' is much more specific.
Q: from here on ve from here on in ve from here on out arasındaki fark nedir?
A: As far as I know, "from now on" (I've never heard "from here on") and "from here on out" are exactly the same. "From here on in" seems to imply "from now until the end of [situation]" like a sports game or a project.

"From here on out, I'm going to exercise more."

"From here on in, we can't let the other team score."
Q: Around here ve Out here arasındaki fark nedir?
A: Not always.

Over here, over there.

I love Seattle. Out here it's hard to get a decent coffee, but Seattle has some fantastic cafes.

John is out there in the yard. Can you say "hi" to him?

Out here suggests distance or seperation (typically like outside) from something, whereas over here/there is more relative to the speaker.
