A: 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 1: He stopped himself from saying gwen is the woman he loves and changed it to I love you.

It seems like that the main subject (He) is inlove with two women (Sarah and Gwen). But he expressed his feelings by saying "I love you" to ONLY one person, which is the confusing part if you're clueless about the whole context. ( I have no idea who HE was talking to at that moment, is it Sarah or Gwen?)
