The meaning of "Example" in various phrases and sentences

Q: Slay,, example this comment: ne anlama geliyor?

A: 'She has been vomiting all week and can't move. She's not feeling well to say the least.' (She's very very ill, but the person is kinda making a smallish joke about how she's only feeling unwell -like she only has a cold)

'I'm furious to say the least.' (Furious is just the first part of the emotions the person is feeling. The person is probably even angrier, but there is not a word that is angrier than 'furious')

'To say the least' infers that there is more to it. Whether it be an emotion or an action.

I don't use the phrase often, so I can't provide many examples nor the best examples.

Other questions about "Example"

Q: I found the example sentence below in a dictionary.

‘She smiled slowly as horror registered on his face.’

I couldn't get which happened first, she smiled or he showed fear.
Could someone tell me which was first, please?
Also, if 'as' was 'when' in the example, does the meaning of the sentence change?
A: They both happened at the same time. Using when is slightly unnatural with "slowly" as the latter implies something which took a time to happen and "when" implies here a fixed time point. You could however use "while" to means the same as "as".
If you say "She smiled when horror..." then the horror comes first.

I just need to convey my emotions from what is happening in the world, but so that it sounds delicately.

A: I would say “I want to ship the item ASAP. However, keep in mind that postal services are running with significant delays.” You could also add “the post office is backed up right now, and their service is slow.” (You can use whatever word you want in place if slow. (crappy, terrible, awful) as long as it’s an adjective that can be used at the end of a sentence. You couldn’t use badly you would use just bad. Possible sentences:
