I discussed with my friends, and “agebend” isn’t a term we are familiar with, but everyone would know what you mean if you used it. In English-speaking fandoms/clusters, we usually say “aged up” or “aged down”— or something like College AU(大学設定) to indicate characters are a different age than in canon.
For R18G, we would say “gore” for グロ works, or “erotic gore” for エログロ.
